Returns: Caribbean Jim Company has a no return policy, unless
an error is ours.
1. Any merchandise authorized for return must be new, complete,
and in saleable condition.
2. A copy of our original invoice must be included.
3. Prior authorization is required.
4. All returns are subject to 15% restock charge.
5. All returns must be shipped prepaid. We will not accept
CODs for returns.
6. Returns under $50.00 will not be accepted.
Caribbean Jim Company is not able to offer any warranty beyond what the manufacturer may offer.
In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect product, or your product is damaged in shipping,
please contact us as soon as this condition is dicovered. |
